  • The service helps customers complete, review, and submit ETA applications where applicable.
  • Customers may also apply directly through GOV.UK instead of using ETAApply.
  • Priority and Express refer to ETAApply handling targets only, not government decision times.

Customer responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete factual information.
  • Customers remain responsible for checking the information before submission.
  • ETAApply does not provide immigration legal advice.

Fees and outcomes

Government fees and ETAApply service fees are shown separately before payment.

ETAApply does not guarantee approval or any particular government outcome.

Government decisions and platform availability are outside ETAApply control.
